Real Estate, Social and Hospitality Committee – These Committees reports to the Vice-President in relations to the following:

SOAR

Architectural Control Committee - The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ensuring the architectural integrity and appearance of Eagles Ridge.  This committee reports to the President

       The ACC provides a service to the HOA by evaluating all requests by home owners for additions and 

        modifications to the exterior structures, fences, violations of exterior structures in accordance with

        the guidelines and rules of our Declarations and Regulations.

       Work with the residences and management company for enhancement requests.

       Work with landscaping committee to enhance and maintain the beautification of our community.

       Homes that are For Sale and the asking price; Foreclosure and how it may affect our homes

       Track the going prices of homes within our community that are sold

       Verify Foreclosure homes and homes with For Sale Signs have paid their HOA dues

       Provide homeowners tips on how to maintain and improve their property value.

       Social events; Hospitality; Welcome packages

Funds Allocation and Fund Raising Committee – The Funds Allocation and Fund Raising Committee reports to the Treasurer

       Ways on maximizing interest gains on our funds.

       Ways on utilizing our funds that will benefit our community.

Ways on improving our community by increasing amenities.

       Fund raising events in effort to increase capital needed for projects initiatives.

       Increase community budget revenue goals.

Communication and Amenities Committees – These committees reports to the Secretary.

       Responsible for developing and publishing the newsletters.

       Communication of information to the community

       Responsible for all community amenities

       Meetings notifications and signs

Landscaping and Contracts Committee – The Landscaping and Contracts Committee is responsible for improving and maintaining the landscape of our community. This committee reports to the Business Manager.

       Work with landscaping company to select the flowers and landscaping of the community front         entrance, pool, tennis and playground areas.

       Work with the Management Company and board in regards to violations pertaining to landscaping.

       Negotiate contracts and accepts bids

Tutorial Committee – The Tutorial Committee is responsible for providing a positive impact on our children. This committee reports to the President.

       Aid in school work assignments and projects

       Aid in homework

       Counseling on how to deal with peer pressure and make positive decisions

       Cultural trips, tours and events

       Recruit new volunteers

       Work with homeowners to sponsor events that will benefit our children
